The help desk staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. The hotel offered a superior room. The staff assisted with directions to the correct buses for city tours. This service was helpful. They prepared picnic lunches because we had to catch an early train and would miss breakfast.
The room key entry malfunctioned frequently. It took multiple attempts to open the door each time. The window shutter was also broken.

The location worked out fine as it was close to the train station.
I found the room ridiculously small. There was hardly any space to move around with my luggage. The outdated decor really bothered me (especially the bathroom tiles).
